Our Story

Mike is an overnight technician for Veterinary Emergency of Canton and a teacher at both Middlesex and Tunxis Community College as well as a high school teacher in New Haven.  Amanda is a stay at home mother.  We decided to start working with Mini Lops in March 2020 when we drove with our 3 young girls out to New York to pick up our first 3 rabbits.  The same day they shut the state down for the pandemic!

Since then our program has grown to include Holland Lops, and French Lops.  Our children love interacting with the rabbits and we find that makes the rabbits much more social.

Our rabbits have done well in the local fairs, earning best of shows, best of breeds and numerous first places.  We had our first rabbit earn his grand championship in 2023!
